For information - the Licensing Authority have been advised that unknown persons are again trying to pass off counterfeit notes, particularly £20 notes, in the Harrogate area. This is likely to increase during the festive period so we would advise premises to be vigilant.
"The intention of Pubwatch is to provide a safe, secure & social drinking environment for all licensed premises in Harrogate and helping to reduce drink-related crime."

We are a community based crime prevention scheme. The group provides an opportunity for licensees to meet each other and representatives from Licensing Authorities and the Police. We also have regular input from other interested parties such as the Fire Brigade, Social Services, Environmental & Health Authorities.

The PubWatch website intends to chronicle the actions and intentions of licensees. [more]
